Come and enjoy the benefits of Reiki!

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.

It is based on the belief that a “universal life force energy” flows through all living things, and that disruptions or blockages in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual imbalances.

During a Reiki session, I channel this Universal healing energy and transfer it to you.  These sessions are done over Zoom so you can stay in the comfort of your own home.  Distance Reiki works the same as in-person Reiki as energy healing knows no space or time.

The goal is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy in holistic wellness.

A Reiki Level I certification course introduces the fundamental principles and techniques of Reiki, a form of energy healing that originated in Japan.

This level is also known as the “beginner” or “first degree” course and primarily focuses on self-healing, although you will be able to practice on family and friends.

You’ll learn the history and philosophy of Reiki, including its origins with Dr. Mikao Usui and the basic principles that guide Reiki practice.

I’ll attune you so you can connect with and channel Reiki energy as well as share techniques and rituals.

We’ll discuss an ethical framework especially in relation to providing Reiki for others, and the importance of setting boundaries and maintaining respect for others’ healing journeys.

After completion, you’ll receive a Level I Reiki certification, which signifies your ability to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
